Information collected
The public site does not require an account. Vercel Web Analytics may process anonymized page-view information such as the visited route, referrer, approximate region, device category, operating system, and browser. Appliance Resolve removes query strings and URL fragments before analytics events are sent. Information voluntarily sent by email is processed to respond to the request.
Purposes
Information is used to return relevant guidance, improve search matching, identify missing or unclear content, protect site security, measure performance, and respond to requests.
Cookies, analytics, and local tools
Vercel Web Analytics is configured without advertising cookies and with search query parameters removed before page-view reporting. The diagnostic-summary tool processes entries only in the active browser tab; it does not save them to local storage, place them in the URL, or submit them to Appliance Resolve. Advertising and affiliate tracking are not active in this release.
Model-label images
A future image feature should ask users to avoid names, addresses, purchase documents, or other unrelated personal information. Images should be retained only as long as needed for the stated task and quality review.
Sharing
Anonymous analytics information may be processed by Vercel as the hosting and analytics provider. Email requests are processed by the email provider used to receive and respond. Appliance Resolve does not sell personal information as a standalone contact list.
Retention and security
Information should be limited to what is necessary, protected with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, and deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Your choices
Users may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing portnexum@gmail.com. Requests may require reasonable identity verification.
Changes
This policy may be updated if the site adds advertising, affiliate tracking, image recognition, accounts, reminders, or service-lead features. Any such feature must be reflected here before activation, together with consent controls where required.
